Born March 21, 1923 - Passed April 10, 2020

Mary passed away peacefully, at home, of natural causes. She was a young 97 years old.  She was the daughter of Henry and Margaret Murphy. She was preceded in death by her parents and her twin brothers Clifford and Clayton. She was also predeceased by her grandson Michael H. Chapman, several nephews and her former husband Harold.  She is survived by her children, Ronda Chapman of Nicholasville, Sandra (Rick) of Phoenix, Arizona, and Michael (Carol) of Tucson, Arizona, great grandsons M. Bradley and Zachary Chapman and great great granddaughter Aria, all of Nicholasville. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and their families. Services will be held Wednesday, April 15, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home with Pastor Donavon Stewart officiating.  She will be laid to rest at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.  Due to COVID-19, and a 10 person, immediate family member limit,  we request that you sign her guestbook to leave a memory and support for her family at www.hagerandcundifffunerals.com. Mary was a loving Mom to us, and also had room in her heart for her many pets throughout her life.  She will be missed by all.  The family requests no flowers but suggests donations be made in her memory to the Jessamine County Humane Society.
