Marjorie Reynolds Partin, 92, loving wife of Charles Partin for 69 years, left her earthly home on Tuesday, May 19, 2020. She was a native of Jessamine County born April 1, 1928, to the late John L. and Frances Price Reynolds. Marjorie has been a devoted member of St. Luke Catholic Church her entire life. She also loved to collect and refinish antiques with her husband. In earlier years she liked to play Bridge with friends. She was a homemaker and spent many years being sure her husband and sons were well cared for. She will be fondly remembered by her sons Charles “Chuck” Partin, wife Donna, Lee Reynolds Partin, wife Mary, and Timothy F. Partin, wife Vicki, grandchildren Jennifer Frey Rust, husband Allen, and Stefan Partin, great grandchildren Henry Lee and Harrison William Rust, and her many church friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, May 22, at 12:00 Noon in St. Luke Catholic Church which will be live streamed on Facebook group St Luke Nicholasville. She will be laid to rest in Camp Nelson National Cemetery with family only in attendance on Tuesday, May 26. The family visitation will be on Thursday, May 21, beginning at 5:00 PM.
