Jinci L. Rogers-Miles, 63, left her earthly home on July 3rd, 2022, at Good Samaritan Hospital. Born in Lexington on March 6, 1959, to the late William Arthur and Brenda Carter Thornton . She was a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she received her Masters Degree in Art and Art History. She was a former teacher at Henry Clay High School. She had a passion for painting and making jewelry. She is survived by a son Tristan Rogers, two sisters, and four brothers, as well as many nieces and nephews. Cremation was chosen by her family with a private family service. “The things that make me different are the things that make me, me”.
