Anna “Ann” Elizabeth Bradshaw, 83, joined her brothers Avon, Jr., Ray, Billy Lee, and sister-in law Marilyn, in eternal rest on March 26, 2021 at Baptist Health Center. She was born in Georgetown, KY on Sept 21, 1937, to the late Avon, Sr. and Fannie Spigles Bradshaw and lived most of her life in Jessamine County. Ann was a member of Nicholasville Baptist Church and had retired from the University of Kentucky from the Computing Center. She will be fondly remembered by her brother Cecil Bradshaw, wife Helen, sisters-in-law Phyllis and Lena Bradshaw, nieces Robin E. Martin, Ann Marie Shelley, Roxanna Sparks, and Jane Woodward, great niece Lauren Shelley and great nephews Ben Shelley and Jack Woodward. A Remembrance Service will be 2:30 PM on Thursday, April 1 at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home, following which she will be laid to rest in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Honoring her as pallbearers will be Randy Shelley, Ben Shelley, Tim White, Doodle Peel, Shaun Martin, and Audrey Bradshaw. The family will greet friends from 12:00 noon until time of Service. "Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure; she was loved beyond words, and will be missed beyond measure.” The family suggests that donations be made in Ann's memory to the Humane Society in honor of her love of animals. Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home values nothing more than the loyalty and trust given to us by the Bradshaw family.
