Virginia Turpin Worrell, 92, died Tuesday, at Royal Manor Nursing Home. She was a native of Estill County daughter of the late Veronon and Rena Bailey Taylor Turpin and widow of Charlie Worrell who died in 1988. Survivors include nieces, nephews and a cousin Joyce Brinegar. She was preceded in death by brothers Jack and Elmo Turpin, sisters Marcie Slusher, Helen Allen, and Mary Kelly.
The family chose Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home for cremation. Her cremains will be placed in the West Irvine Cemetery beside her husband at a later date. Guest book www.hagerandcundifffunerals.com
