Thomas Elwood Chenault, 72, a native of Hazard, Ky., born May 25, 1939, died August 14, 20ll, at the Galatin Health Care Center in Warsaw, Ky. He was formerly a resident of Thomson-Hood Veterans Center. He was a widower, retired mechanic, and veteran of the U S Navy. He is survived by 2 sons John Chenault, Indiana and Rich Chenault, wife Nancy, Alabama, a sister Virginia Chenault, 2 brothers Roy and Jerry Chenault, 4 grandchildren Ashley, Jessica, Mike, and Jocelyn Chenault.
