Shaila Janelle Phillips Hibbard

Shaila Janelle Phillips Hibbard, 25, wife to Steven Robert Hibbard, was fatally injured in an automobile accident Thursday, June 26, on US 27 along with her husband and three children. She was the daughter of Kenneth L. Smith and step mother Lucy Diane Smith and the late Lisa Carol Phillips. A Service of Remembrance will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 8,at New Hope Fellowship Church. She will be laid to rest in the K P Hall Cemetery in Lincoln County on Hwy. 501. Her family will receive friends from 2 to 9 PM on Monday, July 7, at the Church. Donations may be made to the Funeral Home or Central Bank.
