Louis "Bo" Blanton

Louis "Bo" Blanton, 56, widower of Sharon Blanton since 2007, left his earthly home on Sunday, Nov. 15. He was a native of Madison County born April 24, to the late Ellis and Ruth Blanton. Bo was a self employed general contractor having worked for many in the Spears area of Jessamine and Fayette Counties. He had a passion for fishing, playing horseshoes and gatherings with family and friends. He leaves many memories with sisters Katherine Blanton and Amanda Fayne, brothers Charlie and Wayne Blanton, step grandchild Aiden, a special friend who spent many years with him Elizabeth "Libby" Lamb, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother Eldon Blanton. His family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 AM Tuesday, Nov. 17 at the funeral home followed by a Graveside Service at 11:00 AM in Maple Grove Cemetery.
