Lewis Lamar Kingsley, Sr.
Lewis Lamar Kingsley, Sr., 79 of Nancy, KY left his earthly home on June 5, 2015, while a patient of VA Hospital on Leestown Road. He was a native of Ohio, born Nov. 10, 1935. He was a veteran of the US Marines and former employee of Dayton Tire Rubber. Survivors include a daughter Deborah Ann Lavalle and son Lewis L. Kingsley, Jr., 2 sisters, 5 brothers, and 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother. Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home is honored to provide arrangements for his cremation.
