Wilmore: Joe E. Hill, 93, Thomson-Hood Veterans Center died Mon. July 20. Joe was a native of Cole Creek, Tennessee born July 22, 1915, to the late Joseph and Mae Albert Hill. He was the widower of Jo Bryant Hill who died in 1984, a US Army veteran and a retired supervisor of a shipping warehouse. He also was a member of the Church of Christ of Middlesboro, Ky., a member of the V.F.W. and the Blind Veterans Administration. He is survived by a son Hubert Hill, 2 sisters Ruth Walton, Lexington and Louise Hammons, FL. Services will be 2:30 PM Thursday, July 23, at Camp Nelson National Cemetery with full military honors.
