James Ricky Martin, Sr

James Ricky Martin, Sr. 57, of Nicholasville, died Friday, May 31, 2013, at St. Joseph Hospital. A native of Fayette County he was born Nov. 23, 1955, to Jean Frances Locker Martin and the late Luther Martin.

He loved working on cars and watching western movies. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Jean Martin, children James R. Martin, Jr. and Crystal Martin, grandchildren Katelyn and Ashleigh Martin and Alisha and Jashua Vitai, brothers Ronald Martin, Phil Martin wife Stacey, Lee Ivey, wife Tammy, and Bobby Ivey, wife Crystal, maternal aunts Lucille Boone, Anna Hager, Bertha Kelly, and Betty Lamb as well as numerous nieces and nephews and special friend Glenn Lowry.

A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 PM Sat. June 8, at New Beginings Church on Maple Street.
