51, of Withers Ave., died Mon., Feb. 27, 2006. He was a native of Fayette County , born Nov. 29, 1954, and was a veteran of the United States Navy.
In addition to his mother, Erna Irene Hogg Howard, survivors include 4 sons Jacob Howard, James Anthony Howard II, Austin Howard, and Trevor Howard, a daughter Megan Howard, a sister, a stepbrother, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Earl Howard and a brother David Howard.
Graveside Memorial Services were held Friday, March 3, at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. HAGER & CUNDIFF FUNERAL HOME, on Oak St. was in charge of arrangements.
