Nicholasville --- Howard G. Grimes,77, of Blueberry Lane, passed away Saturday November 24th 2007 at Homestead Nursing Home in Lexington .A native of Jessamine County,he was born june 23rd, 1930 to the late Tom and Lee Savage Grimes.

Mr. Grimes was a commercial fisherman until his retirement. He is survived by his brother Henry ‘Shenny’ Grimes of Nicholasville, one niece Barbara Perkins and husband Carl who provided for his care. Two nephews Don Scott and Thomas Grimes, Wilmore. The family chose Hager and Cundiff funeral home for cremation arrangements.
