Glendon Dewey Cowan, 55, Wilmore, father of Rusty Cowan entered into eternal rest on Sunday Dec 15, after an extended illness. He was a native of Wilmore, born Oct. 27, 1958, to Myrtle Cowan and the late Dewey Cowan. Glen served in the US Marine Reserves and was a very proud to have spent that part of his life for his country. In addition to his son and mother he is survived by a sister Rhonda Bryant and other extended family and many caring friends in the Wilmore community. A Celebration of Glen will be held at Wilmore Free Methodist Church on Tuesday, Dec. 17, at 11:00 AM by Rev. Dwight Winter. He will be laid to rest in the Wilmore Cemetery.
