Della Frances Merrell, 82, widow of Sylvester Coolidge Merrell who died in 2000, died on Friday, Feb. 22, at the St. Joseph Hospice Care Center.
She was a native of Adair County born Feb. 3, 1931, to the late Henry and Rhoda Garland Absher. She was a homemaker and served as a bookkeeper for her husband who made furniture and other woodworking pieces. She also loved camping and gathering with family and friends.
She was a wonderful loving Mother to her daughters Rosemary Murphy, husband Ronnie and Sylvia Diane Anderson, husband Charles and a son Kenneth Leon Merrell, fianc
