Debra Lynn Spickard Darkai, 53, daughter of Charles Richard Spickard and Rebecca Estep Doyle entered into eternal rest on Friday, Feb. 20, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a native of Lexington, and former employee of Sir Pizza where she had been a manager for several years. In addition to mother and father she leaves her memories with her step father Larry Doyle, children Jeremy Lester and Krystal Spickard-Grimes, grandchildren Eli, Charles, and Logan Lear and Jeremy Lester, Jr., brothers Danny Spickard, wife Pam, Michael Spickard, and sister Kimberly Warner, husband Gary. Her family will receive friends from 4 to 6 PM on Tuesday, Feb. 24, with a Service of Remembrance to be held at 6 PM.
