David Hardman Black, Sr., of Vancouver, Washington, died Feb. 24. A native of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky he was born Nov. 5, 1945, to the late John Clifford, Sr. and Josephine Willine Smith Black. He was a retired retail sales clerk and a US Army veteran. Survivors include his children David H. Black, Jr., Josephine ‘Joy’ Kim, and Angie Black.
Graveside services will be held Fri., March 7 at 2:30 PM at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
