Carol Dean Wells Cox Haney, 70, of Nicholasville passed away Friday, May 11, 2012. Born April 4th, 1942 in Cincinnati, OH. Carol, was a beloved mother who loved spending time with her family, vacationing at the beach, and fishing. She will be dearly missed by all. She was the daughter of Otis Wells and the late Eula Mae Wells. Carol is survived by two daughters, Deborah (Terry) Rhodes and Donna (Bill) McFeely; two sons, Robert B. Jr Cox and Jason David Cox; and a beloved family friend Lisa Napier. She also had six grandchildren, Jacklyn, Travis, Angel, Zachary, Ariel, and Tara; four sisters, Barbara (Delbert) Sanders, Janet (Randy) Turk, Kay Clark, and Vicki (Jody) Courtney; and three brothers, Douglas (Fran) Wells, Edward (Brenda) Wells, and Steve (Ann) Wells. Pallbearers will be R. Brutus Cox Sr (honorary), Zachary McFeely, Kelly Wells, Douglas Wells Jr, Brad Mullins, Charles Clark, and Shawn Bruner.

Visitation will be held at Hager and Cundiff Funeral Home on Monday, May 14th from 6 to 8 pm. Services will be Tuesday at 11am With Reverend Dick Wilkins Officiating. Graveside service will be 2 PM Tuesday at 3520 Three Links Rd., Mt. Vernon, KY 40456.
