Nicholasville: Carl Griffith, 50, of Shun Rd., died Mon, July 31, at St. Joseph Hospice Care Center after a brief illness. A native of Hazard, Ky., he was born Marach 29, 1956, to Clifton Griffith and the late Lena Kate Bennett Griffith. Carl was a tobacco farmer and did yard maintence in Jessamine County for many years. He was a member of the National Guard.
Survivors include his father and 2 brothers Eddie Griffith, Nicholasville and Herbert Griffith, TN., he was preceded in death by a brother Bascum Griffith. Memorial Services will be scheduled at a later date. Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home was chosen for arrangements. hagerandcundifffunerals.com
