Bill Ball, 44, of Whispering Hills Drive, Lexington, died Thursday, Sept. 2, at Central Baptist Hospital. He was a native of Lexington born Sept. 8, 1965, to the late Joe E. and Elizabeth Ball. He was an electronic engineer for Elan Home Systems, a journeyman electrician, held a degree in electronics, a member of Lexington Sportsman League, former Director of Southeastern Little League Baseball, an avid fisherman, an accomplished musician who played with several local bands, and a 1983 graduate of Tates Creek High school, He is survived by 3 children Caitlynn Ball, Lacy Anne Webber-Ball, and Timothy Ball, and their mother Leianne Webber-Ball, and a sister JoAnna Ball.

Visitation will be held Wed. Sept 8, from 4 to 8 PM with a Tribute to his life at 7:00 PM Kerr Brothers Funeral Home on Main Street. Private burial will be in the Lexington Cemetery.
