David Miller Obituary

David Miller, 79, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 14, 2019.  A native of Nicholasville born Oct. 9, 1939 he was the son of the late Leonard and Maggie May Reynolds Miller. David was the widower of  Alberta Miller since 2011.  He was a retired employee of FMC Factory where he worked in many areas including welding.  A talented musician he played guitar, harmonica, and his favorite drums.  He loved fixing up cars.  He will be fondly remembered by his children Tammy Walling, husband Jeff, Sandy Miller, husband Seth Elam, and David Wayne Miller, grandchildren Christopher and Greg Walling and Cody Miller as well as his sister Flossie Shackelford.  David was preceded in death by a brother Noland Miller and sister Agnes Miller Walker.  Family and friends are invited to a lunch at 11:00 AM Friday, August 23, 2019 at Wilmore Free Methodist Church, with a visitation to follow at 12:00 PM.  David's funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Friday at the church, after which he will be laid to rest in Maple Grove Cemetery in Nicholasville.  Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home has the privilege of working with David’s family for his cremation.
